Role Description

This role is expected to perform the following tasks:

  • Produce committed level of revenues by generating new loan accounts, expanding existing loan portfolio and services to targeted corporate customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate/mid-market/medium enterprise segments of companies across all sectors.
  • Loans/deposits origination.
  • Ensure customer service is provided, and maximum profitability is achieved, while maintaining the quality standards of the bank.
  • Comply with all internal policies, procedures, credit manual, KYC policy as well as the relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • At least 3 years of relationship management experience within the corporate or commercial banking space with strong origination/business development skills preferably within Corporate/SME/Middle market
  • Ability to speak the Chinese language is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Financial analysis and portfolio management skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills
