Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Summitventure Realty Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and evaluate day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger

  • Produce accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

  • Monitor financial position, performance, and cash flows to ensure stability and growth

  • Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and training as needed

  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies

  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management and regulatory agencies

  • Support audits and compliance activities, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings

  • Identify areas for improvement in accounting processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

  • Effective communication and leadership skills

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php28,000.00 per month
