Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Coordinator/Project Manager
  • Prepare Purchase Request
  • Prepare the Request for Payment and attach the necessary attachments
  • Prepare liquidation summary of field personnel
  • Prepare staking plan, design, electrical plans, TSSR and Bill of Materials
  • Encode the comparison of the Bill of Materials
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and COOP and request for documents needed for RFP
  • Prepares and requests for materials requirements for each project
  • Follow up the approval of RFP and release of payments to subcon

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate with related course
  • With Good to Excellent Communication skills
  • Preferrably but not required AutoCAD skills/experience.
  • Familiar with electrical tools/equipment.
  • Willing to work in Makati from Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
