JOB SUMMARY: (In a few lines, describe the over-all job or function of the position)

The OJT Trainee is responsible for giving assistance and giving support to the project site supervisor for the Electrical and Auxiliary activities.

DUTY (Critical/key obligation to perform)

ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION OVERSIGHT:

· Gain Strong Technical knowledge and be able to Interpret drawings, design, specifications, in resolving challenges. This also Include areas that need improvement, reduction cost, time and waste/ excess.

· Assist in Activities such as Box Setting, Roughing Installation. And ensure the layout are followed according to plan design lay-out in compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

· Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents to facilitate construction activities and resolve technical challenges.

· Comprehend and apply the formulas and computation that shall be used for Cost Estimation.

· Collaborate with the Project Site Supervisor and team members to coordinate electrical construction activities, schedules, and resources effectively.

· Provide Support in maintaining accurate records of electrical construction activities, site reports, and documentation related to project progress, issues, and changes.

· Prepare documents such as Inspection Work Request, submittals, regular status updates, construction reports, and progress summaries for review by the Project Supervisor.

PROFILE OF JOB/ POSITION HOLDER

MINIMUN QUALIFICATION:

· Enrolled in a BS Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or currently enrolled in an engineering program.

· Computer savvy with at least intermediate level skills in MS Office such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel including tables and formula.

· Good communication skills both written and verbal/oral.

· Excellent Teamwork.
