Your role

As a Senior Software Engineer, You Will
Design & Build Software

  • Collaborate with clients and partners to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, build, and deploy software applications according to project plans.
  • Develop prototypes and explore technical alternatives to meet performance and usability goals.

Execution & Maintenance

  • Maintain and enhance existing systems through debugging, feature improvements, and performance optimization.
  • Provide system support and technical guidance to users and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation within owned systems and components.

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Contribute to system architecture and design optimization.
  • Support architectural reviews and assist in developing scalable technical solutions.

Process & Knowledge Sharing

  • Document processes, technical designs, and project deliverables in company repositories.
  • Mentor junior developers and share best practices across the engineering team.

Non-negotiables
What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages and development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with proficiency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Experience in system architecture or solution design.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
  • Experience collaborating with global or client-facing teams.
