About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Revenue & Reservations Manager to support the hotel's revenue optimization and reservations operations. The ideal candidate will help manage room inventory, monitor rates, analyze market trends, and ensure a seamless booking experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage room reservations and inventory across all channels.
  • Support revenue management initiatives to optimize room rates and occupancy.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and booking patterns.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Sales & Marketing to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Prepare regular reports on performance, forecasts, and occupancy.
  • Maintain excellent guest service from booking to check-out.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in revenue management, reservations, or hotel operations preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel PMS and booking platforms is a plus.
