Property Manager

Qualifications:

  • Proven background in hotel or hospitality management, ideally from a top-star or luxury hotel brand.
  • Ability to adapt hotel service excellence to property management operations.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
  • Experience in property management, facilities management, or related field is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and reporting.

Job responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest and tenant experiences, adopting the same service culture as luxury hotels.
  • Manage guest relations, handle concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction rates.
  • Supervise and coordinate with service providers, contractors, and in-house staff to maintain top-quality property standards.
  • Implement and monitor property policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure property safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance property value and improve service delivery.
  • Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to uphold excellent service and hospitality standards.
