Qualifications:

    Travel Management Company processes

Job Description:

  • Conduct new hire, cross-skill, and refresher training for travel processes.
  • Facilitate hands-on sessions on GDS tools.
  • Ensure alignment with client-specific workflows and compliance standards.
  • Monitor and improve training KPIs (e.g., training effectiveness, speed to proficiency).
  • Support nesting, provide floor coaching, and assist in performance transitions.
  • Identify areas for improvement and customize training programs to meet individual and team needs.
  • Conduct TNA for BAU Refreshers.
  • Collaborate with other training teams to ensure consistency and alignment with overall company training goals.
