About the Position

At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned trainer to play a key role in training employees. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled professionals who prioritize employee satisfaction and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide feedback and coaching sessions to employees within the scope of account processes.
  • Deliver training based on approved outlines and curricula for accounts.
  • Evaluate trainees' speed to competency through CFU sessions, activities, and assessments.
  • Offer post-training support.
  • Document processes through recorded sessions.
  • Create training materials including process guides, maps, outlines, calibration logs, and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in the BPO industry as a trainer.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights.
