Billease| Sales Field Trainer

We're looking for a Sales Field Trainer to energize, coach, and empower our Sales Associates. If you're driven, dynamic, and ready to make an impact in the field—this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Conduct on-site training on BillEase products, sales techniques, and customer engagement; provide coaching and mentorship.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and assess SA performance; give feedback and implement tailored training plans.
  • Process Improvement: Work with sales leaders to enhance training processes; develop aligned training materials and tools.
  • Field Engagement: Perform full fieldwork, support SAs in live interactions, and act as liaison with management.-
  • Data & Reporting: Track training outcomes, analyze performance metrics, and present reports with recommendations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
