About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Proposal Support Analyst to join our team in the Philippines. This role will provide offshore support to our Pursuit Enablement Center (PEC), helping to streamline proposal development, maintain knowledge repositories, and manage data across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update case study and team bio repositories on a regular schedule
  • Create and format RFP response "shells" in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online portals
  • Populate client questionnaires using standard company information
  • Enter and manage opportunity and pursuit data in Salesforce (RFPs, leads, ESAM, etc.)
  • Conduct research and pull data from Salesforce, Bullhorn, and online sources to support proposals and pursuit strategies

Qualifications:

  • At least 2–5 years of experience in administrative support, proposal coordination, sales operations, or similar roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Bullhorn (or other CRM/ATS platforms) preferred
  • Good written English communication skills
  • Spreadsheet software proficiency
