We are seeking a QA Analyst to support manual testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data validation activities for regulatory systems in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. This includes testing across core platforms, portals, and data repositories.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with manual, integration, and UAT testing
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills (e.g., writing queries, performing joins, data reconciliation)
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, or Regul8
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in P&C
  • Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman)
  • Relevant certifications in QA or insurance
