Job Description

The position is responsible for developing partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

  1. Builds strong partnerships with management and employees by anticipating HR concerns, recommending interventions, and aligning services with business objectives.
  2. Supports business units in enhancing retention, morale, productivity, and overall employee engagement.
  3. Assists in delivering key HR services including talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management, coaching, and succession planning.

Qualifications

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably in banking or financial services
  3. Strong knowledge of HR Function, including talent management, employee relations, performance management and compensation & benefits
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
