Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you'll deliver first-line support to employees and managers, oversee engagement initiatives, manage office operations, and contribute to HR projects that enhance employee experience and workplace efficiency.

You will:

  • Have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Hold a four-year bachelor's degree of any discipline-we value input from different fields
  • Have proven experience working in HR operations, employee services, or office management
  • Understand local labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change
  • Have a professional and cooperative attitude
  • Be honest and full to the brim with integrity
  • Not be afraid to offer your opinion - we love hearing new ideas

You have experience of:

  • Providing HR support across the employee lifecycle
  • Coordinating employee engagement and wellness initiatives
  • Managing office operations and vendor relationships
  • Handling employee queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Using data to inform decisions and improve processes
  • Drafting and reviewing HR policies and communications
  • Supporting HR projects and change initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Prioritizing your workload effectively

Your Daily Tasks

  • Provide first-line support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and general queries
  • Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and support reporting needs
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, including wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and team events
  • Support internal communications and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee experience
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure the office environment is safe, organized, and conducive to productivity
  • Collaborate with IT and facility vendors to resolve employee issues and support workspace needs
  • Assist in policy reviews and contribute to the development of HR documentation and templates
  • Support HR projects and initiatives including process improvements, compliance audits, and training delivery
  • Escalate challenges and identify hotspots for leadership attention and resolution
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts using data insights from case management and employee feedback
