DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures that their targets are achieved and profitable, customer acquisition is highly required should at least one customer per day.
  • Should maintain good relationship with all customers by giving better servicing with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Ensures that all reports such as DSR and other required reports are submitted within the day without variances and shortages.
  • Ensures that all remittances are remitted in the office within the day without shortages and variances
  • He will prepare needed and comprehensive reports regarding general trade current status as well as how to implement new strategies, and check competitors' activities.
  • Ensures portfolio selling approach, selling any size any classification of dress chickens, early loading is a must, and they should submit sales order day before or prior to dressing .
  • Performs responsibly to the correctness of all documents and chickens received from the plant.
  • He will Monitor market pricing (prevailing and forecast) and recommends necessary price adjustments.
  • Must ensure that all inventories being handled are accurate and properly safe keep.
  • He will ensure on time collection and all accounts are monitored and safeguarded.
  • Recommends if we can outsource any products with lower price that we can sell at a better price.
  • Performs other pertinent duties that may assigned by the Management from time to time.
  • Ensures that the company policies and procedures will be followed in dispensing his duties and can be assigned anywhere SIOC has sales operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Any four-year degree with related work experience.

Good communications skills and the ability to work well with people are essential.

Good leadership skills are beneficial.

With keen attention to details and highly organized.

Willing to do field work.
