We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter / Business Development Representative to serve as the first point of contact for prospective commercial clients. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging decision-makers, and booking qualified appointments for the leadership team. Your efforts will play a vital role in driving company growth by ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to offices, medical and dental practices, and commercial building managers.
- Qualify prospects, introduce services, and schedule appointments directly into the leadership team's calendar.
- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of data and follow-ups.
- Build and expand lead lists through research, including competitor websites and decision-maker identification.
- Represent the company with professionalism on all client calls and virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and increase conversion rates.
- Provide timely reporting on outreach activities, appointments set, and overall results achieved.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in appointment setting, lead generation, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence.
- Proven track record of engaging decision-makers and converting outreach into qualified appointments.
- Experience working with CRM systems and productivity tools.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or facilities management.
- Ability to understand client pain points quickly and tailor messaging accordingly.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing within a professional team environment.
- Professional and presentable on video calls with clients.
