  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Willing to assigned in SM Retail Headquarters, Pasay City

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reporting directly to Executives.
  • Manage travel arrangements for Management and Operations team.
  • Prepare and request operation access needed for store branch.
  • Prepare and request IT user account and business tool for newly hired employees and provide admin support as needed.
  • Request legal documents and assist requirements needed for store opening.
  • Access error setup and troubleshoot for operations system.
  • Validate and response to all incoming emails from store branch, all departments and retail affiliates.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Request supplies for various departments.
  • Execute other duties assigned.

Knowledgeable in:

  • Minutes of the Meeting (MOM)
  • Calendar Management
  • MS Office like PPT, Excel, Word
  • Good communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
