DUTIES:

  • Performs completeness check & reconciliation of sales transacted per POS vs Amount liquidated by platforms
  • Checking and validation of per line item charging in accordance with agreed costs
  • Tracking and monitoring charges related to marketplace & e-Store marketing expenses
  • Monitor accuracy of reimbursements/payments received from platforms related to rebates, discounts & vouchers
  • Monitor and consolidate all marketing related expenses and sends to finance/accounting team for billing and reconciliation
  • Conduct verification of accuracy of warehousing & fulfillment charges (Pallet storage & rentals, handling in/out, packaging materials etc).
  • Timely escalation of discrepancy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
