Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and process fixed asset disposals, asset transfers, and requests.
  • Record additions, retirements, and adjustments in the fixed asset system in accordance with established procedures.
  • Communicate and reinforce the understanding of the Fixed Asset Department's role and processes within the organization.
  • Maintain an updated and accurate inventory of all fixed assets.
  • Tag and record new assets upon acquisition and ensure proper documentation and labeling.
  • Prepare fixed asset reports for management review, including reconciliation and audit schedules.
  • Assist in physical verification of assets and ensure alignment with system records.
  • Support management in asset-related analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in fixed asset management.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional team
  • CAN START ASAP
  • willing to be assigned in Aseana Paranaque

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
