
Finance and Admin Manager

The Finance and Admin Manager's primary responsibilities include managing the company's financial records, preparing budgets, and analyzing financial performance to provide insights for decision-making. They also handle coordinating office activities, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
PRE-REQUISITE
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance or Accountancy, CPA or CMA preferred.
- Proficiency in Accounting and Auditing (Philippine GAAP), technical knowledge of Financial Management of a professional run organization, knowledge in US GAAP is preferred
- Good communication skills
EXPERIENCE
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience, with minimum 3 years experience in managing a department in a multinational company.
- International exposure to a multi-cultural and Cross Functional operations environments preferred.
- IT / Telco / BPO and banking experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and administrative skills
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills in team-building, motivation and influencing for betterment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Management
- Accurate and timely preparation of the organization's financial management accounts
- Statutory requirements are met on time, including filing of Returns with SEC, BIR, PEZA, BOI & FIRB
- Coordinate the financial audit, preparation of statutory accounts and annual reports
- Maintain cash flow management and forecasting system to meet business needs
- Manage creditors, advances/reimbursements, accurate recording all reconciliations
- Monitor expenditure trends, advising on over/under spends to senior management
- Organizational internal controls and systems are maintained and adhered to
- Arrange for appropriate legal counsel as and when required
- Assist in preparing the Annual Report for local BIR, SEC and PEZA compliance
- Local financial rules, regulations and obligations are observed and complied with
- Manage members of the local Finance team, developing their competency and promoting staff's professional career development
- Any additional task given to the incumbent from time to time based on business needs
Administrative Management
- Oversee general administration, including facilities, equipment and supplies
- Support and coordinate administrative activities across the organization
- Oversee procurement processes and manage vendor relationships
TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
- Graduate of 4 Year Finance, Accounting Course
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
