
Finance And Admin Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and versatile Finance and Admin Officer to support our finance operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is a graduate of BS Accountancy, has experience in bookkeeping and tax compliance, and is comfortable working independently in a remote setup. This role is based in Metro Manila due to occasional tax filing and banking requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Duties
- Prepare and process financial documents such as vouchers, invoices, and journal entries (manually or via QuickBooks)
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records
- Support monthly and year-end closing activities and audits
- Assist in filing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns
- Prepare variance analysis for budgets and forecasts
- Provide support on other financial matters across the group
- Directly reports to the VP Finance and Administration and also coordinates with the CEO
- Primarily remote/work-from-home, but may be occasionally required to visit BIR offices or banks for filing purposes.
Administrative Duties
- Handle customer and supplier accreditation requirements
- Manage and update the company website using WordPress
- Support finance onboarding for new employees
- Coordinate with service providers, vendors, and suppliers
- Assist with contract generation and hours tallying for the IFS business unit
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy (BSA) or relevant course
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably with QuickBooks
- Experience in tax compliance (monthly, quarterly, and annual returns)
- Knowledgeable in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Familiarity with local regulatory requirements (SEC, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Skilled in Excel and financial analysis
- Proficient in WordPress and basic layout design
- Strong communication skills
- Must be based in Metro Manila
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision
