Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Castillo & Bello Law Offices Full time ₱50,000 - ₱70,000 per year

Our BGC law firm is looking for one (1) entry-level associate and one (1) mid-level associate. The ideal candidate/s will have experience in legal research, drafting of legal memorandums and opinions, familiar with corporate housekeeping matters, contract drafting and review, and most importantly, involvement in submitting licensing and registration applications with various government agencies, including SEC, BIR, DOLE, BI, FDA, and/or PCAB, among others. We are looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support to clients and assist partners
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Review and draft corporate or other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research
  • Prepare legal opinions and memorandums
  • Prepare registration and application requirements
  • Attend client meetings
  • Represent clients in submission and filing of corporate/commercial registrations, licenses, and permits

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from a reputable school
  • Bar passer and licensed to practice law in the Philippines in good standing
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple competing priorities and responsibilities
  • Highly organized with acute attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Mid-Level Associates (with 2 to 3+ years PQE) may expect a gross monthly salary offer between PhP50,000 to PhP70,000 [excluding other non-cash benefits], and depending on credentials and experience. Non-cash benefits may include: medical and dental HMO, performance bonus, subsidized meals (lunch, coffee, and snacks), assigned mobile phone with postpaid line, gym membership, 
etc.,
as may be negotiated.

Senior Level Associates (at least 4+ years PQE) are encouraged to apply with higher expected gross salary offer, depending on credentials and experience.
