About the Role

We are seeking a Platform Accountant to join our Offshore Finance Team supporting a fast-growing Joint Venture Roofing Platform. This role is key to ensuring accurate, compliant, and strategic financial management across multiple roofing companies nationwide.

You will act as a financial partner to our portfolio brands—maintaining transaction-ready books, supporting audits and acquisitions, and delivering insights that drive growth. This is a dynamic opportunity for an accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment and wants to play a direct role in shaping financial operations across a national platform.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities

  • Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings (GAAP)

  • Support acquisitions with onboarding audits and financial due diligence

  • Prepare financial reports, KPI dashboards, and cash flow analyses

  • Standardize processes and integrate financial systems across partner companies

  • Collaborate with the CFO on platform-wide reporting and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred but not required)

  • 3–7+ years of accounting experience, ideally in construction, roofing, or multi-entity businesses

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit practices

  • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and advanced Excel skills

  • Experience with U.S.-based clients; familiarity with U.S. tax basics a plus

  • Background in PE-backed, acquisition-heavy, or platform-based businesses

  • Ability to manage multiple books and deadlines effectively

  • Strong communicator, able to present data to non-financial stakeholders

  • Analytical, detail-focused, and proactive in problem solving

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, virtual environment
