Job Purpose:

The Game Park Branch Manager is mainly responsible for ensuring profitable branch operations in accordance with management's directives and income expectations

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all aspects of bowling and/or ice skating center operations
  • Monitors and manages the facility's budget, expenses, and revenue streams to achieve profitability
  • Analyzes and reports the performance of his/her branch of assignment
  • Implements programs to ensure a safe and secure environment that will encourage customers to continually patronize his/her branch of assignment
  • Implements policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance to standards set by the company, government regulations and statutory requirements in support to the objective of maximizing shareholders' return
  • Develops and executes localized sales initiatives to increase walk-in customers and corporate clients, and bowling league partnerships
  • Manages existing portfolio of clients and partners
  • Collaborates with HO business unit and HO/Mall Marketing counterparts in the implementation of various sales programs to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitors customer satisfaction levels and drives initiatives to improve overall customer experience in his/her branch of assignment
  • Handles customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food and Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years working experience in a related field; Preference is given to those with managerial experience in service industry establishments
  • Possesses strong and engaging personality that customers will appreciate and respond to
  • Has high level of enthusiasm with good and strong interpersonal skills
  • With excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
