The Human Resource Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily HR operations of the branch he is assigned to, ensuring compliance with company policies and providing support to employees and management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle complex HR issues with professionalism and discretion. The job includes: 1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including candidate screening and interview coordination. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and integration into the company culture. 2. Employee Relations and Engagement: Act as a point of contact for employee activities, concerns, grievances, and/or disciplinary actions. Coordinate company-sponsored employee services and activities to increase employee engagement. Ensure compliance and implementation of company policies and procedures. 3. HR Administration: Oversee the maintenance of employee records, including attendance, performance, and other HR-related documentation. Ensure accurate data entry and present/report HR metrics. Facilitate, administer and monitor the performance evaluation process for all covered employees. The job seeks: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or in a similar HR leadership role for at least three (3) years. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
