QUALIFICATIONS

  • College Level (Graduate or Undergraduate)
  • Computer Literate
  • Preferably with experience/knowledge on warehouse inventory management and it's process
  • Willing to be assigned in Western Appliances Greenhills Branch.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Ensure that all dispatched shipping documents are updated regularly and minimize pending orders within the system.

  2. Responsible for maintaining accurate and organized documentations and files, and system records in terms of outbound inventory.

  3. Prepare daily reports and maintain complete files of all inbound transactions.

  4. Perform other functions that maybe assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
