Supplier Management

  1. Identify and recommend new suppliers for accreditation, ensuring alignment with AMI's standards.
  2. Evaluate supplier capabilities to meet requirements in terms of product/service quality, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.
  3. Review, negotiate, and secure contracts with suppliers and service providers.
  4. Negotiate optimal credit terms and pricing, including direct payment arrangements with the Head Office.
  5. Prepare and issue accurate and timely Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
  6. Conduct regular business reviews with suppliers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and transactions are audit-compliant.

Internal Customer Management

  1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide end-to-end support throughout the purchasing process.
  2. Coordinate closely with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate issuance of Purchase Orders.
  3. Ensure compliance with agreed pricing, quality standards, documentation requirements, and on-time/in-full delivery of all items.
  4. Drive cost efficiency across all procurement activities without compromising quality.
  5. Proactively source and recommend innovative products and solutions to meet current and future business needs.

Management Support

  1. Ensure strict adherence to the company's administrative, accounting, and personnel policies.
  2. Handle all files, records, and communications with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  3. Consistently follow internal policies and procedures in the performance of assigned tasks.
  4. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate manager from time to time.
