The Internal Audit OJT will assist the Internal Audit team in evaluating internal controls, reviewing processes, and supporting compliance checks across different departments and stores. This role will provide students with practical training in risk assessment, audit documentation, and process improvement, while giving exposure to the operational and financial aspects of a growing F&B business.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Preparation & Support

  • Assist in gathering data and documents needed for audit engagements.
  • Help prepare working papers, schedules, and audit checklists.
  • Participate in store visits and inventory audits (as needed).

Documentation & Reporting

  • Encode and organize audit findings, supporting documents, and evidence.
  • Assist in preparing draft audit reports and presentations.
  • Maintain orderly filing of audit-related records (digital and physical).

Compliance & Monitoring

  • Support in monitoring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Help track implementation of corrective action plans.
  • Assist in validating accuracy of financial and operational reports.

Research & Process Improvement

  • Conduct basic research on audit best practices and internal controls.
  • Provide support in recommending improvements to processes.
  • Assist the team in benchmarking industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Finance, or related course.
  • Completion of required OJT hours for school credit.
  • Basic knowledge of auditing concepts and MS Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and trustworthy with confidential information.
  • Willing to travel for store audits, if needed.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 2-3 months

Pay: Php200.00 per day
