Candidates must be willing to report on-site in BGC, Taguig City.

The Finance & Accounting OJT will assist the department in day-to-day financial operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and preparation of reports. This role provides hands-on training in accounting processes and exposure to the financial management of a rapidly expanding food and beverage business.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Support

  • Assist in encoding transactions into the accounting system.
  • Organize and file receipts, invoices, and payment records.
  • Support in reconciling petty cash and expense reports.

Financial Documentation

  • Prepare and scan supporting documents for journal entries.
  • Maintain orderly filing of financial records (physical and digital).
  • Assist in tagging and tracking fixed assets.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Help process supplier invoices and payment requests.
  • Assist in preparing collections follow-up for receivables.
  • Support monitoring of outstanding balances and payment schedules.

Reporting Assistance

  • Assist in generating basic financial and expense reports.
  • Help consolidate data for monthly, quarterly, or annual financial reporting.

Compliance Support

  • Assist in preparing documents for tax and government compliance.
  • Support audit preparation by organizing required schedules and documents.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related course.
  • Completion of required OJT hours for school credit.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Eager to learn and able to handle confidential information responsibly.

Contract length: 2-3 months

Pay: Php200.00 per day
