IT Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide first-level support to end-users by resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• System Maintenance: Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and peripheral hardware.
• Project Assistance: Participate in IT projects, which may include system upgrades, cloud infrastructure deployments, or the implementation of new software applications.
• Documentation: Help maintain and update IT documentation, such as user manuals, system logs, and internal processes.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with computer systems and applications, often involving testing and debugging.
• Cybersecurity: Monitor systems for security threats and assist in the implementation of cybersecurity measures to protect data and networks.
• Research: Conduct research on new technologies and potential IT solutions to support strategic planning and innovation.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT policies and data protection regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Typically pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and networks.
• Knowledge of system installation and configuration.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Php3, Php4,000.00 per month
