The Creatives & Marketing OJT will support the Marketing Department in developing and executing campaigns, producing creative content, and assisting with brand promotions. This role provides practical training in digital marketing, social media management, and creative design, giving students hands-on experience in the dynamic F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Content Creation

  • Assist in creating marketing collaterals (posters, menus, banners, social media content).
  • Support photo and video shoots for products, events, and campaigns.
  • Help edit photos and videos for online and offline use.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Assist in scheduling and posting content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor engagement, comments, and messages on company pages.
  • Help in tracking and reporting social media performance.

Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing activations and promotions.
  • Help coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams for campaign materials.
  • Support in event setup and documentation.

Market Research & Branding

  • Conduct basic competitor scans and gather market insights.
  • Assist in gathering customer feedback and trends for marketing strategies.
  • Help maintain consistency of brand identity across all creative outputs.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Communication, or related course.
  • Completion of required OJT hours for school credit.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
  • Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 2-3 months

Pay: Php200.00 per day
