Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
-Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science with data processing training, computer operations training or experience in a multi-operation system.
-Ability to provide solutions to customer service inquiries.
-Handle Client request involving front-end web development (Content/style edits, page/ feature creation, etc)
-Work on website builds for clients that include managing a checklist for build process.
-Ensure the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages installs software and installs and repairs hardware and peripherals.
-Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implement corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/ or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate.
-Provides comprehensive technical support for both hardware and software systems. Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, mobile devices, and related peripherals. Skilled in resolving issues related to system performance, application errors, network connectivity, and device malfunctions.
- Possesses foundational experience in website development using platforms like Webflow, including tasks such as creating and customizing responsive web pages, structuring content layouts, managing CMS collections, and applying design principles consistent with client branding. Familiar with basic HTML/CSS edits within Webflow, publishing workflows, animation features, and integration of third-party tools. Capable of supporting website optimization for both desktop and mobile, ensuring accessibility, performance, and SEO best practices.
