What is your mission?

  • Provide subject matter expertise for proper statsical experimental test design and neasurement for omnichannel tests.
  • Project manage large scale projects ensuring clear communication and superior execution of plans.
  • Responsible for adoption and change management of the current and new BI and analytics efforts within the business community.
  • Lead a team of Analyst, Database, Business Managers and provide leadership to attract, develop, coach, motivate and retain talent in a matrixed organization.
  • Engages in senior level cusotmer meetings to discuss customer's business issues and explores data platform that can help address and resolve issues.
  • Provides technical and business leadership to improve the performance of multiple business processes and increase profitability.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
  • Preferable with 3-5 years of working experience in the related field for this position.
  • Experience in conceptualizing, designing, developing, testing, implementing and supporitng agile data analytics platforms to support analytical initiatives of internal or external stakeholders.
  • Experience in analyzing different types of data to support business needs and present the results in concise visualization formats.
  • Knowledgeable n PowerBI, Tableau, Knime, Power Query, Statistics, Data Science, Insights and Analysis
  • Flexible with work scheudle and can work onsite when needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
