Administrative Support
- Manage office correspondence, email communication, and phone inquiries
- Maintain and update franchise records, files, and databases
- Prepare reports, memos, and documentation as required
Franchise Coordination
- Support franchise owner and management with daily administrative tasks
- Ensure franchise policies and procedures are documented and shared with staff
Financial & Accounting Assistance
- Assist with invoicing, billing, vendor payments, and petty cash handling
- Maintain expense records and basic bookkeeping support
- Coordinate payroll inputs and attendance records for staff
Inventory & Procurement Admin
- Maintain purchase records and support inventory tracking
- Coordinate ordering of office and store supplies
- Maintain vendor contacts and follow up on deliveries and invoices
Compliance & Documentation
- Organize and maintain franchise compliance documents
- Help in preparing paperwork for audits, franchise reports, and licenses
- Ensure health, safety, and company policy documents are up to date
HR & Staff Support
- Coordinate internal communication and schedule meetings
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a business-related course
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Able to follow instructions and work with a team
- Professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility
Job Types: Part-time, OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 3 months
Expected hours: 8 per week
