Key Responsibilities:

  • Proof-read and verifies documents prepared by Export Admin staff (e.g. Sales Contracts, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, Certificate of Origin) and other documents from other sources as required.
  • Forward pertinent documents for manager's signature e.g  PO, Sales Contracts, Proforma Invoice, SOA, Certificate of Origin, various letters as needed under any circumstances.
  • Handle timely FedEx shipment of outgoing original documents to customers, oil to foreign laboratories, samples to prospective customers.
  • Verifies billings and prepares Order of Payment of various third party partners e.g. broker, Sphere Marine, foreign laboratories, forwarders among others.
  • Update GACC and US FDA registration
  • Prepare documents as required by company departments or external agencies e.g. letters to Bureau of Customs, Dept. of Finance
  • Conduct online research as needed.
  • Perform any other tasks related to export such as attend trade shows, assist Import Export Development Officer in sales etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • At least 3 years work experience in international sales or export management.
  • Knowledge of export regulations and compliance requirements
  • Reliable, pro-active with attention to details.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Results -driven with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Hardworking and able to work independently
