If so, you are the Airfreight Export Coordinator we've been looking for. We need your keen eyes and logistical prowess on our team.

What You'll Do

  • Shipment Tracking & Management:
    Monitor and manage air export shipments across multiple origins and destinations, ensuring timely flight departures and arrivals.
  • Documentation Preparation:
    Prepare and review all required air export documentation, including airway bills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and export declarations.
  • Shipment Coordination:
    Oversee daily export operations, ensuring all bookings, cut-offs, and customer requirements are met accurately and on schedule.
  • Carrier & Forwarder Management:
    Coordinate with airlines and freight forwarders for space booking, rate negotiations, and service compliance.
  • Customs & Compliance:
    Ensure all shipments comply with export control regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
  • Client Communication:
    Provide proactive shipment updates, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.

What You'll Need

  • Air Export Documentation Expertise:
    Proven experience in preparing, reviewing, and managing all required documentation for international air shipments.
  • In-depth Knowledge of Incoterms:
    Strong understanding and application of Incoterms in air freight operations.
  • Air Freight Coordination:
    Skilled in managing air cargo consolidations, coordinating bookings with airlines, and monitoring cargo movement until final delivery.
  • Customs & Compliance Knowledge:
    Thorough understanding of export procedures, tariffs, and international trade regulations, with the ability to ensure full compliance.
  • Carrier & Vendor Management:
    Experience handling airline and freight forwarder relationships, including rate negotiations and service performance monitoring.
  • Shipment Booking & Tracking Systems:
    Proficient in booking and tracking shipments using airline portals and internal logistics platforms.
  • Strong Communication Skills:
    Excellent English proficiency (C1 level), both written and verbal, for clear coordination with clients and partners.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships.
