About the Role

Join Borg, a leading Australian manufacturing company, in partnership with Manildra Group. We're hiring a Mandarin-speaking Export Coordinator to support ethanol exports from Australia to global markets. This Manila-based role focuses on logistics, documentation, and coordination with international partners, especially in Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate ethanol shipments via sea, rail, and road
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, port authorities, and customs brokers
  • Prepare and verify export documents (invoices, packing lists, declarations)
  • Ensure compliance with Australian and international export regulations
  • Communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers regarding orders and documentation
  • Monitor inventory and align export schedules with production
  • Maintain accurate export records and generate performance reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
  • 3+ years of export/logistics experience (preferably in manufacturing or chemicals)
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
  • Experience with ethanol or hazardous goods exports is an advantage
