Job Description
As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll shape sales success by managing training, tools, and content that maximize productivity and ROI. From curating enablement materials to optimizing platforms like Sales Navigator and HighSpot, you'll be the driving force behind sales efficiency and performance.

The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales enablement role or similar positions such as sales training, sales operations, or sales management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Industry experience in SaaS, healthcare, finance, or related fields is an advantage
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms: Sales Navigator, HighSpot, ZoomInfo, Power BI, and Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- Ability to align sales enablement strategies with overall business objectives and sales goals
Your Daily Tasks
- Measure and report on the effectiveness and ROI of Sales Enablement Programs, Initiatives, and Tools
- Manage scheduling of enablement sessions and reporting post-event
- Conduct surveys and interviews to determine enablement needs
- Develop and maintain a training calendar visible to stakeholders
- Govern content for the Sales Enablement platform by tracking content performance, updating, or retiring as needed
- Curate sales enablement documentation, videos, and assets
- Ensure effective team usage of Sales Enablement tools (Sales Navigator, HighSpot, ZoomInfo) by providing demos, best practices, and 1:1 support
- Take on ad hoc projects and duties as needed
