lead generation and online growth solutions for construction businesses
(primarily concrete, asphalt, and similar trades). The company helps contractors generate consistent inbound leads through
Google optimization, websites, SEO, backlinks, and reputation management

Founded by a young entrepreneur and supported by a lean global team, the company is profitable, scaling rapidly, and at a stage where leadership needs to transition from day-to-day execution to strategic growth. The founder has identified operations as the primary bottleneck to scale and is seeking a high-level, reliable operator to help run and optimize the business.

About The Role
The Head of Operations
will act as the operational backbone of the business, essentially an extension of the founder. This role requires someone who can think critically, manage multiple workflows, improve systems, and ensure execution across teams.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate between departments (SEO, web development, link building, reviews, and client fulfillment), and ensure that strategies are executed accurately and on time. This is not a task-only role; it requires initiative, problem-solving, and ownership.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in SEO, websites, or digital marketing operations, is highly organized, and is comfortable making decisions, proposing improvements, and holding others accountable.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Team Management

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple departments
• Ensure all team members are executing tasks on time and according to strategy
• Act as the "glue" between departments to keep workflows aligned and efficient
• Track progress on all active client accounts and internal projects

Strategy Execution & Optimization

• Review SEO and website strategies created by the team and refine or adjust as needed
• Ensure alignment between research, execution, and client goals
• Continuously identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements
• Research and test new operational strategies to improve results and speed to delivery

Systems & Process Building

• Build, document, and improve internal systems and workflows
• Experience using GHL (GoHighLevel), Google Ads Google keyword planner, Zapier
• Track KPIs, project progress, and client performance
• Maintain operational dashboards and trackers to provide visibility to leadership

Quality Control & Accountability

• Ensure high standards of work across SEO, websites, backlinks, and reviews
• Monitor client satisfaction and fulfillment quality
• Proactively flag issues and recommend solutions before problems escalate

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in operations management, project management, or digital marketing operations

• Working knowledge of SEO, websites, backlinks, and Google-based lead generation
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage people, processes, and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable working independently without micromanagement
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with marketing agencies or lead generation businesses
• Familiarity with construction or local service-based businesses
• Experience managing remote or international teams

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
