Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Manufacturing based in Silang, Cavite. The Head of Manufacturing will oversee daily operations across production and improve operational efficiency in line with organizational goals. Responsibilities include overseeing production planning, managing manufacturing teams, implementing and maintaining operational workflows, and ensuring consistent quality and safety standards. The role requires collaboration across departments to optimize processes and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Manufacturing and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Proven experience in Production Planning and Operations Management to oversee efficient workflows and meet operational targets.
  • Expertise in Operational Excellence principles to improve processes and drive organizational productivity.
  • Leadership capabilities with excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in managing food and beverage production or a similar manufacturing setting is an advantage.
