JOB OVERVIEW:

Responsible in planning and execution of projects according to agreed timelines, scope and within budget.

Procure resources, liaise with clients and coordinate to deliver projects according to plan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the execution of the logistics components of the events
  • Ensure accuracy and alignment information on a weekly basis.
  • Liaise with sales people, in-house Graphic Artists, Medical Writers/Editors re:project status and completion. Identify priorities for each team member.
  • Perform analysis of current workflow and procedures to help suggest, plan and implement necessary changes.
  • Perform and documents all client-side and internal project coordination tasks for custom CME-related collaterals as required.
  • Send appropriate project background materials, monitors and ensures timely submission of assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration
  • At least 3 Year(s) Project Management experience, preferably in Pharmaceutical Company or Ad/Marketing Agency
  • With strong Project Management skills
  • Excellent communication and proficient in written and spoken English
  • With keen eyes on details and strong analytical skills/can get things done
  • Excellent in planning and organizing
