We're a fast-growing company executing several major initiatives, including launching a direct-to-consumer channel, integrating a recent acquisition, and rolling out new product lines. The Project Manager is to bring structure, keep work on track, and ensure smooth execution in a lean environment. Roles will be assigned across departments like Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Sourcing, or Operations.

Job Description

The Project Coordinator will drive the execution and tracking of assigned cross-functional projects:

· Plan and Organize: Build detailed project plans with tasks, owners, and timelines, and identify dependencies and risks early.

· Drive Execution: Run weekly check-ins with project teams and track progress, maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions).

· Coordinate Across Teams: Work with multiple departments to keep everyone aligned and ensure handoffs happen on time.

· Track and Report: Prepare clear, simple status updates for leadership, highlighting blockers and escalating issues when necessary.

· Support Change: Assist with communication and readiness activities to help teams understand what is changing and why.

Qualifications & Requirements

·3-5 years of experience managing or coordinating cross-functional projects.

·PMP certification (or in progress) is required.

·Strong communication and organizational skills.

·Must have an eCommerce experience

·Proficient in Excel and familiar with tools like

Nice to Have: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems, familiarity with Salesforce, e-commerce, or supply chain projects, or a background in change management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php100.00 per month
