Lead the technical execution of residential solar installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This role combines engineering expertise, project leadership, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Procurement on project scope and timelines
  • Supervise site execution, troubleshooting, and system commissioning
  • Enforce safety standards, PEC, and local regulatory compliance
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for homeowners and contractors
  • Document progress, inspections, and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • At least 2 years in project or site engineering (solar or construction preferred)
  • Experience in residential or distributed energy projects is a plus but not required
  • Organized, solutions-driven, with strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
