Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Superintendent / Project Supervisor to oversee and manage daily site operations for various construction projects. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and hands-on supervision to ensure that all site activities are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage daily site operations, schedules, and workforce assignments.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and daily progress logs.
  • Lead site meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and plan upcoming activities.
  • Ensure that all work adheres to engineering plans, standards, and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Civil Engineer is a plus).
  • At least 7 years of experience in construction supervision or project management.
  • Strong background in site management, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable in construction safety standards and quality control.

Work Schedule:

  • On-site supervision (95% site-based)
  • Monday to Saturday work schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month

  • Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
