ABOUT YOU:

The Creative specialist is responsible for producing engaging and visually compelling graphic & multimedia content across various digital platforms. If you're an enthusiastic, motivated and innovative creative thinker who can translate ideas into compelling multi-media creations across multi-channel campaigns, you're just who we're looking for

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Working with cross-functional team members to identify key messages and develop ideas and concepts to speak to those segments
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Utilize industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), Canva, to produce high-quality multimedia content.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, multimedia technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual communication.
• Perform related duties as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other multimedia software
• Experience editing photos in Photoshop
• Understands style guides/branding/and can adjust based content based on guidelines
• Strong artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of color, composition, and typography
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, coupled with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Goal-oriented and positive attitude
• Ability to take creative feedback and improve
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Works to deadline as needed
