· Facilitate coordination meetings between the tugs, subcontractor, to address clients forecast scheduling needs.

· Collaborate with the crew for daily tasks, scheduled maintenance, safety protocols, inspections, and manning.

· Coordinate with client operational concerns, issues and updates

· Monitors and coordinate clients chartered or owned vessel concerning port to port movement updates

· Ensure thorough adherence to the vessel's requisition for fuel, water, and procurement needs, maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. including thorough verification of requisition details, and maintains record-keeping to support streamlined supply chain

· Establish and maintain effective communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders (PPA/MARINA/Coast Guard/Harbor Pilot Office)

· Maintain tug reliability by closely monitoring maintenance tasks in coordination with the Port Engineer/Port Captain

· Assist in conducting regular inspections of tugs according to inspection checklists and established guidelines

· Ensures timely collection and accuracy of dispatch tickets/mooring ticket on a daily basis for services rendered and must be encoded to Dispatch Monitoring Sheet

· Collect and compile rendered Dispatch/Mooring tickets

· Organize and maintain permanent records for company files.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Preferably Marine Transportation/Engineering, Operations Management/Admin graduate or the likes

· Preferably have experience as an Admin/Coordinator in Port/Tugs/Vessel

· Willing to be assigned in Chevron Lapu Lapu Terminal, Lapu Lapu City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
