- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, mechanical codes, and engineering standards.
- Prepare site reports, inspection documentation, and progress updates for management.
- Troubleshoot on-site mechanical issues and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (required).
- At least 1 year of experience in construction or mechanical site supervision.
- Experience in mid-rise or high-rise building projects is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Willing to work on assigned project sites in Cebu.
