Job Qualifications:

  1. Licensed Civil Engineer (required)
  2. Experience in residential or vertical projects is an advantage
  3. Knowledgeable in cost estimates, quantity surveying, and quality control
  4. Detail-oriented and conscientious in preparing progress and technical reports
  5. Proficient in plan evaluation, interpretation, and project documentation
  6. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage manpower and materials efficiently
  7. Possession of a valid driver's license is an advantage
  8. Residing in the South area or near Minglanilla is an advantage
