The Site Coordinator will oversee and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure that all construction activities are executed according to plans, timelines, and safety standards. This role serves as the bridge between the project team, contractors, suppliers, and management. The Site Coordinator is responsible for monitoring progress, solving on-site concerns, ensuring quality workmanship, and keeping documentation updated. Coordination, attention to detail, and strong leadership are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams for smooth site workflow.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to check workmanship quality, safety compliance, and project progress.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
  • Assist in resolving on-site issues, delays, and technical concerns.
  • Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are delivered and used efficiently.
  • Verify measurements, quantities, and execution of construction works.
  • Attend coordination meetings and relay updates to management.
  • Support project scheduling, budgeting, and timeline tracking.
  • Uphold safety standards and enforce company policies at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Architecture or Civil Engineering (Licensed or Non-licensed applicants are welcome).
  • With at least 1–2 years of experience in construction, site supervision, or project coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Proficient in reading and understanding architectural and engineering plans.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with both field and office teams.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills.
  • Willing to work on-site and adapt to shifting schedules as needed.
  • Can work under pressure and manage multiple site activities at once.
