The Trucking Coordinator primary purpose is to ensure that all Waybills and trucking dispatch documents are secured and turned over to the office. The Trucking Coordinator also assist the Delivery Crew (Subcon/Company-owned) during loading of stocks and receiving of materials. He or she must ensure trucks have generated trips daily. The Trucking Coordinator shall also attend the Domestic Freight Forwarding shipments when necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensures all Waybills are accounted for and returned to the Office for encoding

  2. Coordinates with Client Team Leads and our Subcon on truck loading, receiving and dispatching.

  3. Ensures Delivery Crew complies to the Client's and Inland's safety policy and procedures.
  4. Ensures Waybills are all accounted for and ensure this is returned to the Office within the next working day upon completion of the delivery.

2.Perform as Checker during unloading and loading of goods

  • Ensure to secure all delivery documents or loading manifest as reference during the count and checking.

  • Report trucking incidents and/or inventory discrepancies to the office within 24 24 hours

  • Perform as Port or Freight Forwarding Coordinator as needed, or when necessary.

  • Payment of Port Charges, Stevedoring, other charges at port.

  • Coordinate with truckers, drivers on the schedule of departure and/or arrival of vessels
  • Report any incidents to the office i.e. accidents, discrepancy, damages to the office within 24 hours
